Not really: 36 y female has self-diagnosed Fibromyalgia & takes variety of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Taking these simultaneously should be no problem; perhaps best with meal for gradual absorption. Should not exceed more than 0.5 gm per day of any one amino acid.
