My son is 4 yo and he still doesn't alternate his feet when climbing stairs. he can ride a bicycle very well, jump and kick a ball. should i worry?

Physical therapy : Pediatric physical therapy may be helpful in the evaluation and treatment. If he is otherwise well and has good muscle tone, he may gain this milestone in the next few months.
