Spots on wiping: CW ~ this could mean that you are wiping too hard, that the tissue is too coarse, or that you have some sensitivity of the vulval skin. There is such a thing as a" vulval dystrophy" and these can be pre-cancerous so probably advisable to see a doc to check that everything looks ok thanks
