Maybe nothing: Bleeding early in pregnancy is not uncommon. It could mean nothing or it could mean that you are going to miscarry. If you are concerned then get a pelvic ultrasound.

Maybe nothing: The bleeding could have been from hemorrhoids rather than from the uterus. Your doctor can tell you what is going on.
