BV? Trich? Yeast?: With the symptoms described, the main possibilities are trichomonas, bacterial vaginosis, or yeast infection. Herpes is possible but less likely unless open sores. A vaginal foreign body (e.g. a forgotten tampon) could do it. With this mix of symptoms, maybe more than one problem. If you can't afford private health care, check out a community clinic or the health department. Good luck!
