When i do to the doctors what do i ask for if i want a full check on diabetes to see if i have it or not or anything that could be wrong period?

Complete physical: When you visit your doctor ask for a complete blood count, liver testing, kidney testing, test for diabetes with fasting glucose and HgA1c levels and if appropriate STD testing. That battery of tests should be adequate to capture anything that you may be concerned about.
