A member asked:

I want a baby but my tubes r tide n i can't afford to have them untied what can i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Permanent decision: Getting "tubes tied" (tubal ligation) is PERMANENT, and done for women who will never want to get pregnant again in the future (meaning a permanent decision of no more pregnancies, forever). Tubes are not meant to be untied. If money is needed, teamwork is better. One should not be thinking "I want" but rather "we want", and must include her husband, and other family members who wish to help.
