Probably: The body has a day/night cycle so a mild elevated temperature at night midway thru infection is ok. Dexamethasone is a steroid used by some to reduce inflammation. Don't list age or other medical conditions but I advise caution in using this medication due to potential side effects and cross reaction to other medications.
