Must go to ER now!!: That is a potentially toxic dose. Get to the hospital where they can judge the severity of the overdose and treat it accordingly. As you know paracetamol overdose is can lead to liver failure. After you are treated you need to be referred for mental health evaluation. Don't delay going to the ER...they won't harm you. You may not need admission after they evaluate you. Hope you feel better soon.
