Abd contractions: It is somewhat vague. Is it associated in any way with eating or drinking or food you eat or drink? Assocaited with bowel movements? Are they normal? May be hunger,constipation, gas, gastritis, gallbladder ,food intolerances. Try maalox 1 tablespoon twice a day x 5 , f/u with doc

Abd contractions: This likely represents intense colonic contractions. It does not sound as if you have any alarm symptoms, but if they develop then you should see your internist.
