Arthritis?: A classic symptom of hip arthritis is pain that radiates to the groin. An X-ray would help identify that. You are quite young for hip arthritis, so it may be that you have some dysfunction of the pelvic bones that a chiropractor or osteopathic doctor may be able to address. Stretch and drink a lot of water before hand and see if that makes any difference.
