Protect for a bit.: The big immediate worry is not to go over on it again, especially, until the most recent injury heals. Protect it with an ankle wrap for a while until it feels normal, if that's possible.

Sounds like you: sprained your ankle and its improving, i would recommend an ankle brace for a few weeks with ice. I would also do off weight bearing exercise.
