my 8 yr old daughter has had a tuff time eating in the mornings. she gags upon eating. what can be causing this?

Need more details: it is possible that her allergies/ postnatal drainage may be causing all these. You can try any Otc allergy meds eg Claritin (loratadine) , Zyrtec or Allegra in the meantime. Best to get her examined for other causes.
