Alternate available: Hydrocortisone 1%/iodoquinol 1% cream is available without aloe vera for 25-145 dollars US that should work as well for a 28g tube vs 2500 for 48g of Alcortin A.. You can always add aloe vera topically at the time of application. Alcortin A was judged possibly effective by the US FDA.
