I have very visible blue veins on my breasts and nipples since having my last child 6 years ago. surgery or prevention tips?

No shortcuts: Your breasts become engorged during pregnancy and it is very doubtful that the veins will spontaneously disappear. Occasionally, weight loss and exercise can cause a mild reduction in breast size, but this is not a guarantee.

Wait and watch: If the veins are not causing any symptoms and are not a cosmetic issue for any one other than yourself or your partner, it would be prudent to leave these alone. Treating such an issue is likely to be more trouble that it may be worth. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
