Need appt!: May be a number of things but at this stage in your pregnancy you need to be checked asap! Infections in the mother can lead to preterm labor and delivery - like a urine infection. Stay hydrated and get into your MD tomorrow - if rapidly worsens go to the hospital ER to make sure the pregnancy is not at risk. http://www.webmd.com/baby/tc/preterm-labor-cause
