Urine test is valid: Despite official advice from test manufacturers to wait a while since last urination, it doesn't seem to make any difference. Most STD clinics pay no attention to time since last urination. Your symptoms don't suggest STD, and probably your chlamydia/gonorrhea test will be negative (and reliable). There is no syphilis test on urine; if a blood specimen wasn't collected, you weren't tested for it.
