Here are some...: An uneventful bilateral vasectomy leaves minimally palpable "hardness" in 2-6 months. As to yours, the hardness may just be an occasional post-vasectomy hematoma which may take 1-6 months to resolve and fade. If such hardness persists beyond 6 months, it may represent a sperm or foreign body granuloma related with local sperm leak or stitch reaction depending what was used. To me, I don't use it..
