Hematologist: Your sister should be referred to a hematologist, oncologist, or hematologist/oncologist. Presumably bone marrow edema was seen on an MRI? Bone marrow edema can in fact be an orthopedic problem, but you asked about lymph nodes, so I would suggest going to a hematologist/oncologist to work up the lymph nodes (in combination with BM edema) ASAP.
