I have myasthenia gravis. i am taking amygra 60mg 3 times daily, each tablet after 6 hours, sometimes this tablet energizes sometimes it doesnt. why?

Response: Pyridostigmine is often a fairly effective agent for myasthenia gravis, but over time may not be effective. You may need a higher dose or a time release preparation, but in the end, a different medication may be in your best interest. Discuss with your neurologist.
