What can someone do about sleep talking?

Dr. R Sangal answered

Treatment not needed: Sleeptalking is a normal variant. The person doing it makes no sense - it is just words or phrases jumbled together, though the listener will often automatically add things to make sense of it. There is no need to treat it.
