Yes: that is a high limit. This will lower its ability to detect it. While it will LOWER the rate of false readings of having amphetamine there when it isn't....it will NOT eliminate this if it is the usual immunoassay. Decongestants and other drugs are similar to amphetamine, STILL light up the test and the drugs are at high levels (but are NOT amphetamine).
