Depends: If you had intercourse in the last day or so, possible. However, I would call your OB provider tonight and alert them of the spotting. He/she may want you monitored for labor and I would do at least a urinalysis to exclude infection. Most OB providers have an answering service. Call the office even if closed to see if the call goes to the service.
