Ans: You can answer that by doing a urine pregnancy test. The hormone levels wou still be elevated. But if this is negative. You are very young. Takes a few years for the period to regate. Best to see your doctor and get a good exam

Pregnancy test: If you are concerned about a miscarriage the first step is to check a pregnancy test. If this is a miscarriage the test will still be positive and an evaluation for bleeding during early pregnancy is warranted. If the test is negative then see an Obgyn to discuss options to help control your heavy periods. The birth control options would fix heavy periods and prevent pregnancy scares.
