Yes: Pediatricians often order stds on our sexually active teens. You are an adult and have privacy rights but if your parent's insurance is paying the bills the tests (not the results) will be on their insurance statements. Consider talking with your parents about your concern - most of the time parents are already aware choices in your life. If not - consider going to free health clinic for testing.

I got my throat swabbed for stds. The nurse put all three swabs in my throat at once. Im wondering if this will ruin the results of the test or if they will still be accurate? She also dropped one of the swabs on the counter after swabbing me.
