I had a hysterectomy 28 years ago. i have cramps that wraps around the right hip as well, pain in my back also. i have my ovaries. what could this be?

Pelvic pain: after a hysterectomy with intact ovaries requires an evaluation with your GYN. Need to have those ovaries checked out and not knowing why you had the hysterectomy need the pelvis evaluated as well. Hope everything is ok.
