Comments: Not unique to develop a communicating hydrocephalus following a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Headaches may or may not be associated with this complication, and is merely a symptom (but absence might suggest a minimal impact at most). Would see the neurosurgeon who was involved initially, and get a definitive opinion.
