Check for STDs ASAP: Any new or abnormal vaginal discharge needs professional evaluation. Color (yellow, green, brown, etc) suggests infection. At age 18 STDs (e.g. gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas) are the main concern, and your topic tags show STDs are on your mind. Low abdominal pain ("cramps") may indicate pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), a serious complication. See a doctor or clinic ASAP. Good luck.
