Check pregnancy test: Check a pregnancy test. If positive, you may be experiencing an early miscarriage. If negative, you likely had an late ovulation this month which threw your cycle off. Unusual cycles that only happen once usually aren't worth working up. Consistently irregular or problematic cycles are worth a visit to the gynecologist.
