I have blurred vision dots in my eyes and when i walk my head and face feels full and tight. what could this be?

Vision blur dot/full: Seems like there is increase pressure in your head, could be sinusitis, bacterial /allergies, GERD wiht or without H pylori, increased vascular pressure from compression of vessals ,superior vena cava like syndrome- cardiac causes from valve dysfunction or cardiac myopathy. The blurred vision and dots are a concern F/U with doc/ ER today.
