No meds for weight: Please do not buy into hype or fad diets. There is no medication to help you lose weight and keep it off in any healthy way. Bariatric surgery is a valid and effective way to not only lose weight but to resolve some obesity related medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis. Weight loss techniques also include low calorie high protein diets with regular exercise.
