Belviq (lorcaserin): Belviq (lorcaserin) works with serotonin to make you feel full. As compared to gastric bypass it would probably be safer as gastric bypass is permanent and has its own set of problems and difficulties . Try the Belviq (lorcaserin) if it doesn't work you can allways talk other options with your Dr Good Luck
