Probably not: The usual time when a woman can have her egg fertilized is about 12-14 days after her menses though that is very variable. That is why the rhythm method is a lousy method of contraception. You say that you had sex 5 days after your menses. That would be an extraordinarily short time so not likely at all. Still best to get a pregnancy test to confirm one way or the other.
