Daily OK: Your medications can be taken daily although the cough syrup as you are aware is taken generally every 6 hours for symptom relief.

Together is ok: Questions like this are best addressed by prescribing doc b/c s/he may not agree w/unknown anonymous online doc. With that said, I found no drug-drug interactions (http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=1936-0,719-8050,300-16287). None of 3 require empty stomach. Cheratussin is taken throughout day as needed. Z-pak is once daily. Prednisone dosing depends but can be once in AM.
