Internal tubing: There are a set of tubes leading from the testicle into the penis. These are what will delivery seminal fluid when he reaches reproductive age. As puberty starts up they can become a little swollen. Be sure to have his MD do an annual checkup and confirm these suspicions. Ask your son to tell you immediately if large swelling or severe pain in area.
