Be patient: Zyrtec (cetirizine) is designed to be a once a day medication - meaning it can effects for almost 24 hours. You are reporting some sedation on it - I would not take tonight and skip the morning dose and start back up tomorrow night. Be careful if taking in alcohol or driving as drowsiness may impair your decision making. May consider trial OTC Nasocort nose spray to help nose congestion and skip the oral meds.
