No way: The excretion rate of alcohol in the urine is a function of blood level. Liver can only metabolize at finite rate. Nothing speeds it up. Alcohol will be gone within 12-16 hours, however ethyl glucuronate will persist for up to 80 hours. If your urine drop tests for glucuronate, it will be positive. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
