Losing weight: is hard. Really tough when you have an erratic schedule and may not have access to healthier choices. 1. Small frequent meals 2. Healthier snacks (fruit and nuts) to help with cravings 3. Get rid of empty calories (foods that provide calories but no nutrition, e.g., sodas) 4. Avoid "diet" drinks 5. Try to get some exercise at least 30 minutes/3 times a week 6. Keep a food journal Good luck!
