Need STD check: All new or unexplained vaginal discharge needs professional evaluation. Yeast doesn't cause "thick creamy" discharge. This sounds more like an infection like STDs, such as gonorrhea or chlamydia. Probably not due to the pill. See a doctor or clinic for evaluation, probably including STD testing. Good luck!
