There is hope & help: Anorexia nervosa is complex. The fact that you are seeking help and treatment means you will likely recover. It is extremely important that you have enought calories and gain weight as malnutrition also affects your psyche. Concommitant with this is a good social and psychological support system to address any underlying issues that may have contributed to your illness. Many have recovered fully.
