Tasteless: This product works by helping keep water from being reabsorbed back into the body during the final steps in digestion. It's tasteless - can be mixed in water/juices. If he is highly resistant to taking liquids he knows has "medicine" in it you can sprinkle it on soft food like pudding, mashed potatoes, etc. I would ask him how he would like to take it - let him feel a little more in control.

Constipation: Most common reason for constipation is dietary. First thing to do is to examine your kid's diet and eliminate known constipating foods-rice, oatmeal, barley- milk, etc. PEG tastes horrible.
