Surgeon should help.: There are many reasons for your legs to ache and your feet to swell, and knee surgery could be one of them. There could be other contributing factors that should be considered. Your surgeon would be better informed to answer your concerns as he as the advantage of knowing your past medical history as well as your immediate past surgical intervention.

Follow up with your : Doc, a clot. In either leg should be in the differential diagnosis. If there is no clot, are you wearing compression hoosiery if any kind? That might be a consideration as well.
