Probably yes, but...: You were treated for gonorrhea (the ceftriaxone shot) as well as chlamydia. Either or both probably now are gone. However, it is recommended that people wait at least a week before starting to have sex again, and then only with a treated partner. But if you just can't wait, or if partner insists, it probably won't hurt to have sex as long as the partner also has been treated and symptoms improved.
