Concerns: Much as it is tempting - please do not pick/squeeze at pimples! If they haven't matured this can cause more irritation and cause more risk for secondary infection. You indicate this has happened before - the open wound may become infected with MRSA. Talk to your doctor for a medical treatment to help you reduce your pimple outbreaks. Soap/water/neosporin - if pain or discharge see MD asap
