Probably not but...: This is unlikely but possible. No STDs are transmitted all the time, and some people luck out despite repeated exposure. Or you might have had chlamydia and your immune system cleared it, or suppressed it enough to have a negative test. If there is potential risk (e.g. one of you had sex with someone else at high risk), then both partners should be tested; don't rely on neg test from only one.
