Neurologist: Need an exam by neurologist, as there could be multiple causes for this symptoms from Bell's palsy to dental problem to migraine or seizure activity. Best bet is to get examined.

Dystonic reaction: Sumatriptan can cause this, it is called a dystonic reaction and it can be very painful and possibly even dangerous. You should stop taking it and ask your doctor what else you might be able to take for your migraines that is safer for you. If it comes and stays, go to Emerg where they can give you some IV Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to reverse it. You could also try taking some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 50 mg by mouth.
