Please - reach out: I will assume this was intentional and I'm sorry you felt bad enough to go there. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) usually out of system within 24 hours. It is not metabolized through liver but I still encourage you to see your MD ASAP - make sure you are ok and to talk about the OD. Life is difficult - but it's a roller coaster. When you hit the dip hang on as it will rise again. Please be safe - hugs
