911: Yes, if you are having symptoms that severe, you do need to go to the hospital and you are in no shape to drive. The safest advice I can possibly give you is to call 911 and go to your nearest emergency room. You may not qualify to be admitted but by your presentation you sound like you need stabilization and labs to be immediately performed. Please manage your anemia carefully in future Good luck

Symptomatic anemia: You should see a doctor - now. Would call for an urgent visit, if not your doctor in a day, would go to an urgent care center or emergency to be seen.
