Many possibilities: With upper abdominal pain and urine discomfort, it is important to evaluate for a kidney infection. Constipation or gas in the large intestine can also give upper abd pain and pressure on the bladder. If you have fever, persistent vomiting, or are in significant pain, see you doctor or urgent care.
