Nothing: The pattern of each person's body hair is determined almost entirely by genetics. Little or nothing can increase hair growth. A drug called minoxidil can help a little on the scalp, but only fine fuzzy hair, probably would not help on your chest. You'll have to live with what you have. Most important, don't be tempted by quack remedies you can find on line, unscrupulous pharmacies or doctors, etc.

Nothing: Your ability to grow chest hair in response to testosterone is totally genetic. About 5% of men in the US never get chest hair. Such guys generally have sparse beard growth and usually don't get any male pattern baldness. Many women claim they prefer this and most male models shave their chests. Paul Newman (photo) had no chest hair. Stay well-muscled and you'll look great, smooth or not.
